How can I purchase or return my portfolio?

Congratulations on receiving your portfolio! Now it's time to decide whether you'd like to keep it or return it.

Keep Your Portfolio:
You can purchase your portfolio online at a special discounted price before the deadline. If no action is taken by the deadline, the card on file will be automatically charged the full price of $200 + tax and shipping. Be sure to check your email for current promotions, as we offer exclusive deals throughout the year.

Return Your Portfolio:
If you'd prefer to return your portfolio, a pre-paid return label should have been included in the box for your convenience. Additionally, you can access and print a pre-paid return label by logging into your profile.   Simply click on the “Portfolio” tab and select "Print Label." Be sure to return the portfolio before the deadline to avoid any charges. A countdown to your deadline is also displayed in your profile, so you won’t lose track of time!

You may also return the portfolio in person to any of our studio locations during regular business hours.

Already Charged?
If your card has already been charged the full price of $200 + tax and shipping, and you are within 30 days of the charge, please submit a request. We’ll guide you through the next steps to return your portfolio.
